While in concept, I really feel that a contractor reference solution is a great idea, in practice, I just haven't seen it function because the contractor referral services are as well hoggish and desire to charge 3 or 4 service providers for your name whether they are fully guaranteed or not as well as whether you employ one of those service providers or not.
